Community Involvement & Participation
Participation is at the core of all the work we do and never more so than when we are helping communities to have a say in issues affecting their lives. We can facilitate whole processes, train local community organisers or provide imaginative tools and resources to engage communities. The planned activities for us to deliver at the junior Rock Challenge event are wonderful, Mel’s delivery / training was excellent, the resources provided for the event & future events are superb and on top of all that, we had a fantastic day.

Derived from the French word “facile” meaning easy, facilitation is about making easy, or easier, a process or task. Catalyst will do just that, whether it’s a controversial community project, a one off meeting or a group needing some impartial input, you can rely on us to provide a warm, personalised and professional approach to our role as facilitator.
